As part of the Viñedos de Aldeanueva group, founded in 1956, Fincas de Azabache is a state-of-the-art winery where technology is a tool, never an end in itself. Over nearly seven decades, generations of local wine-growing families have shaped a unique mosaic of micro-parcels. This legacy allows us to take a step further: selecting exceptional estates that precisely express the true character of Rioja Oriental. Through strict grape selection, plot-by-plot fermentation, and tailored aging, we craft modern, refined wines with precise fruit and polished textures. Every bottle is, above all, an honest reflection of our landscape In essence, Fincas de Azabache is the most focused and contemporary expression of the Aldeanueva group: an estate-driven project that puts the village’s viticultural diversity at the service of a Rioja Oriental that looks to the future while keeping its roots firmly in its own soil.
