宁夏未迟酒庄（Chateau Weichi）是宁夏贺兰山东麓的一家精品酒庄，创立于2018年3月，位于宁夏银川市金凤区（酒庄实体位于贺兰山东麓西夏区镇北堡镇）。酒庄由张旋与几位志同道合的朋友共同创立，张旋为酒庄创始人、庄主兼酿酒师。核心概况 · 创始人背景：张旋为西北农林科技大学葡萄酒专业毕业，后赴法国波尔多国际葡萄酒学院（BIWI of INSEEC）深造，取得葡萄酒管理专业硕士学位，曾于波尔多VinoBles Barrere酒庄实习，回国后曾担任多家酒庄的酿酒师及酿酒顾问。 · 命名寓意：“未迟”为“better late than never”（迟到总比不到好）的翻译，寓意为梦想努力奋斗，只要努力，愿望终会达成。 · 酒庄理念：不惜成本，尊重风土，最大限度减少人为因素对酒的影响，将贺兰山的独特风土原原本本地展现给消费者。产区风土 酒庄位于贺兰山东麓，该产区与法国波尔多同属北纬38度，具备昼夜温差大、日照时间长、干燥少雨的天然地理优势，贺兰山阻挡了风沙和冷空气，为优质酿酒葡萄的种植提供了极佳的微气候。酒款与荣誉 酒庄主要出品赤霞珠、梅洛、马瑟兰、霞多丽等葡萄酒，代表酒款包括“未迟赤霞珠”、“抱璞”系列（桃红、梅洛）、“嘒彼小星”系列（霞多丽）、“骊歌”系列（赤霞珠）等。其中，“未迟2019”和“骊歌2019”曾入选James Suckling“百大中国葡萄酒榜单”，酒庄产品获得了行业及消费者的广泛认可。
