Quick Guide
To obtain an invitation letter for your Chinese visa application, please:
1.Prepare your details (full name, passport info, company, travel dates, etc.).
2.Attach a photocopy of your passport information page.
3.Send both documents by email to Email: yasmine.li@mds.cn at least six weeks before entry.
Detailed Instructions
1. Required Information (to be typewritten; handwritten submissions will not be accepted):
·Full name (as stated in passport)
·Date of birth
·Gender
·Job title
·Company name
·Telephone number
·Address
·Country and nationality
·Passport number
·Place of birth
·Passport date of issue and expiry
·Stand number (if applicable)
·Intended date of entry into China (dd/mm/yyyy)
·Intended date of departure from China (dd/mm/yyyy)
·Previous visits to China (Yes/No)
2. Supporting Documents:
·Completed list of the above information (typed in Word or PDF format)
·Photocopy of the passport information page
3. Submission:

Important Notes:
·Applications must be submitted no later than six weeks prior to the intended date of entry.
·Invitation letters can only be issued to cover the period 9–17 November 2025.
·A scanned copy of the invitation letter will be provided as standard. Should the original document be required, a courier fee of USD 50 per copy will apply.
·The relevant authorities in China will be closed during the National Day Holiday (1–7 October). Submissions made during this period may be subject to delays.
